Suggested usage
1. Put the socks on after first washing and drying your feet.
2. Peel off the tab on the adhesive strip and secure the top of the sock around your ankle.
3. Leave for 20 minutes.
4. Gently massage in any remaining product. No need to rinse.
!!! Do not walk around whilst wearing the masks and always massage in any remaining product after removal, in case you slip over.
